If you know what software you want, buy it. If you aren't sure what worship software would be best for your church, call us and/or download the DEMO for each one you want to try or in the case of Media Shout call/email for a link. You will most likely buy the first one you try because you have already invested time. Enjoy, worship software is really great to use and worth the effort to investigate.
When you purchase Worship software you will receive an unlock code to keep your DEMO running or simply add to your hard copy when you get it. Once this code has been given out, it cannot be given back, so to speak, because there is no way to control it's use. This is the equivalent of opening a shrink-wrapped piece of software purchased from a retail outlet, which the industry widely accepts as non-returnable/non-refundable. Therefore, if you don't know which worship software you want to buy, please download the DEMO or request a DEMO disc of whatever worship software you would like to try. Thank you.
All of these companies have great customer support at their sites or by phone and if something is really frustrating you, (only one customer so far), we will certainly talk to the company for you about returning the product. Some of the companies are very receptive to returns and others say absolutely not once the code is given out. We want everyone to love Worship Software as much as we do.
